“Believe it or not, it’s not the money that makes me angry,” he said. “The worst part is that I wasted a lot of time and energy and got nothing out of it.”
He was a CEO who exited his last opportunity after the private equity firm that owned it sold it to a larger group to cash out. No worries on his part. He made several million as part of the exit package. Now, he wanted to find another similar opportunity.
The company he hired charged $12,000 up front with a lot of promises about the network and the deliverables of their work.
