On select Fridays I will pose a challenge to you, the reader, to improve your lives and careers in some small way. Do you accept the challenge.
“What do I really want to do?” It’s a tough question and even tougher to answer on our own. We’ve all worked in jobs because we are good at something and we can make money doing it. But, it isn’t really what we want.
Find your passion. Then, pursue it.
We added Executive Coaching to the service offering because we had numerous clients who would come to us saying they wanted help getting a new job. One of the first questions we ask is, “what do you truly want in your new job?” We commonly hear, “I don’t know,” or something like, “I want to make a difference and feel good about going to work each day.”
Our core service line is designed to take action. We learned the hard way that clients who just don’t know are stuck in neutral. They can’t take action yet because they don’t know which way to go.
Executive coaching can help you gain clarity. It’s worth it to spend time with a trained professional to figure out what you truly want. If this is speaking to you, time to take the first step. Are you ready?
